Coping with Frosh 15 and Failure

Have you heard of the Frosh 15.  It’s this idea that on average, a first-year student (Frosh) drop about 15% in their marks while gaining about 15 pounds in weight.  And failure can also be a reality, whether failing an exam, a course, or just your own set of expectations.
